God is the Everything
I will now call to mind the works of the Lord,
and will declare what I have seen.
The sun looks down on everything with its light,
and the work of the Lord is full of God’s glory.
The Lord has not empowered even the most holy
to recount all the marvelous works,
which the Lord the Almighty has established
so that the universe may stand firm in God’s glory.
How desirable are all God’s works,
and how sparkling they are to see!
Each creature is preserved to meet a particular need.
Who could ever tire of seeing God’s glory?
Because of God, each of God’s messengers succeeds,
and by God’s word all things hold together.
We could say more but could never say enough;
let the final word be: ‘God is the everything!.’
